ALO is an inclusive kindergarten for children from the surrounding slum areas of Golf Green, Kolkata. Run by REACH – Society for Remedial Education, Assessment and Counselling for the Handicapped – the kindergarten provides facilities for up to 100 children at REACH’s Head Office in Golf Green.

Children at ALO receive the foundation and support they need to thrive, developing the skills and confidence to compete with their peers and gain admission to local and well-reputed high schools.

In 2008 and 2011, Target proudly sponsored a school concert featuring performances by REACH students alongside ALO children. The event showcased the extraordinary talent and spirit of the students.
